FLOVAP XC is a hot-water feed-out LPG vaporizer equipped with electric heating elements and an integrated EEx-d control panel. The range is available in capacities from 15 to 1000 kg/h, with configurations suitable for minimum gas temperatures of -10°C or -40°C.

The vaporizer is equipped with single or multiple stainless steel heating elements, a mechanical liquid-flow safety system, gas pressure gauge and safety valve, water thermometer, expansion tank and inlet filter. The electrical components are pre-wired and integrated into the EEx-d control panel.

Optional equipment includes gas and water level switches, temperature and pressure transducers for remote monitoring, EEx-d solenoid valves, a closed expansion tank and a condensate trap.

FLOVAP EL-O is a hot-water feed-out LPG vaporizer equipped with electric heating elements and temperature control. The range is available in capacities from 15 to 1000 kg/h, with configurations suitable for minimum gas temperatures of -10°C or -40°C.

The vaporizer is equipped with single or multiple stainless steel heating elements, a mechanical liquid-flow safety system, water thermometer, gas pressure gauge and safety valve, open expansion tank and gas drain valve. Temperature control is provided by an EEx-d box with thermostats for the heating elements and maximum and minimum temperature control. The electrical control panel is installed separately in a safe area.

Optional equipment includes an IP55 remote control panel, wiring and protective cables, gas and water level switches, temperature and pressure transducers, EEx-d solenoid valves, a closed expansion tank and a condensate trap.

FLOVAP WA-O is a hot-water feed-out LPG vaporizer designed to operate with an external boiler or hot-water source. The standard range is available in capacities from 50 to 2000 kg/h, with higher capacities available on request. The standard version does not require an electrical power supply.

The vaporizer is equipped with a mechanical liquid-flow safety system, water pressure gauge, thermometer and safety valve, gas pressure gauge and safety valve, gas and water drain valves and an inlet filter. It is supplied ready for connection to an external hot-water boiler unit.

Optional equipment includes an EEx-d high LPG level switch, temperature and pressure transducers for remote monitoring, EEx-d solenoid valves, a minimum-temperature thermostat and a condensate trap. ASME design and construction and ANSI 300 flanged connections are also available on request.

FLOVAP WA-S is a hot-water feed-out LPG vaporizer designed to operate with an external steam source. The range is available in capacities up to 1000 kg/h, with models covering 250, 300, 400, 500, 750 and 1000 kg/h.

The steam source transfers heat to the vaporizer through the internal hot-water circuit, providing the thermal energy required for LPG vaporization.

Optional equipment includes an EEx-d high LPG level switch, temperature and pressure transducers for remote monitoring, EEx-d solenoid valves on the inlet or outlet, a minimum-temperature EEx-d thermostat and a condensate trap.

MULTIVAP is a customized LPG vaporizing system designed for large capacities and critical or continuous-duty applications. Multiple FLOVAP vaporizers are assembled on a common skid as a single ready-to-use unit, with shared inlet liquid and outlet gas manifolds. Depending on the configuration, MULTIVAP can be built using FLOVAP XC or WA-O vaporizers.

Each vaporizer can be isolated individually by dedicated shut-off valves, allowing flexible operation across the required vaporizing capacity and permitting maintenance without stopping the entire plant. A stand-by vaporizer can also be included for applications requiring continuous operation.

Standard systems are supplied on a painted steel skid with adjustable feet and can be prepared for a protective enclosure. Optional equipment includes pressure and capacity control systems, safety devices, remote status signals, electrical wiring, NDT-tested welding and CE marking according to PED and ATEX requirements.

FLOVAP COMPACT WA-C is a shell-and-tube hot-water feed-out LPG vaporizer with indirect heating. It can use hot water from an existing production or heating process, or from a dedicated boiler unit. The range is available in capacities of 150, 350, 600 and 1000 kg/h.

The vaporizer uses hot water with a glycol solution as the intermediate fluid and is designed for installation in Zone 1. Its shell-and-tube heat exchanger provides fast response times and high vaporizing capacity within compact overall dimensions. Standard safety devices include an EEx-d gas level switch, a gas-side safety relief valve and an EEx solenoid valve for gas flow shut-off.

The gas circuit has a maximum working pressure of 20 bar and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +90°C, while the water circuit operates at 5 bar and from -20°C to +120°C. Optional equipment includes temperature and pressure transducers for remote monitoring, an EEx-d minimum-temperature thermostat and a condensate trap.

FLOVAP WA-B is an indirect-heating hot-water LPG feed-back vaporizer designed for capacities from 50 to 1000 kg/h. It can use hot water from an existing production or heating process, or from a dedicated boiler unit. Hot water with a glycol solution is used as the intermediate fluid, and the vaporizer is suitable for installation in Zone 1.

In the feed-back system, vaporized LPG is returned to the storage tank, while the gas supplied to the regulators is taken from the upper part of the tank. This configuration maximizes the use of natural vaporization and prevents liquid LPG from entering the gas distribution system.

The vaporizer is equipped with an EEx-d pressure switch for boiler control and a gas-side safety relief valve. The gas circuit operates at up to 20 bar with a working temperature range from -40°C to +90°C, while the water circuit operates at 5 bar and from -20°C to +120°C. Optional equipment includes a second EEx-d pressure switch, Ex contacts on the gas pressure gauge and an EEx-d gas level switch.
