VAPOREG XC is an integrated LPG vaporizing and pressure-regulating unit based on the FLOVAP XC feed-out vaporizer. The system is available with first-stage regulation or combined first- and second-stage regulation, using either single or double regulating lines. Standard configurations cover capacities from 50 to 500 kg/h, while capacities up to 5,000 kg/h are available on request.

The regulating section can be equipped with high-pressure regulators with or without UPSO/OPSO shut-off protection or with a monitor regulator configuration. Systems with two-stage regulation provide a second-stage outlet pressure of 35 mbar. All units are supplied with a flanged connection from the gas phase of the storage tank, and the specified flow rates are guaranteed with a minimum upstream pressure of 2 bar.

Depending on the configuration, the unit includes filters with decanters, differential pressure gauges, safety and cut-off valves, pressure gauges and the complete regulating assembly, all installed on a painted steel skid. VAPOREG TANK is an integrated LPG vaporizing and pressure-regulating system designed for underground storage tanks. The solution combines the FLOVAP Compact vaporizer and the regulating unit directly with the tank, reducing the installation footprint and the required safety distances between the main components of the system.

The system can be supplied as a complete package including the LPG tank, vaporizer and pressure regulators. Standard configurations shown in the catalogue cover underground tanks from 3,000 to 30,000 liters, with vaporizing capacities depending on tank size and system configuration. VAPOREG TANK can also be supplied with an integrated metering line and bypass.

The complete unit is designed, assembled and tested as an integrated system and can be supplied with CE marking according to PED and ATEX requirements. The compact arrangement makes VAPOREG TANK particularly suitable for installations where the available space is limited.

VAPOTHERM is a skid-mounted hot-water unit designed to supply the thermal energy required by FLOVAP vaporizers. The system combines the boiler, primary and recirculation pumps, expansion tank, gas and water pressure regulation, electrical control panel and stainless steel chimney flue in a single integrated unit. Standard solutions cover thermal capacities from 20,000 to 250,000 kcal/h, with other capacities available on request.

The unit uses a floor-standing boiler with cast-iron body, natural draught and an open combustion chamber. An IP55 electrical control panel manages the hot-water unit and can also be configured to control the connected vaporizer and its accessories. The standard configuration also includes a diaphragm gas meter for total consumption and an external emergency stop button.

Optional equipment includes a stainless steel protection kiosk, temperature and pressure transducers for remote monitoring, a minimum-temperature thermostat, flow switch, programmable clock, GSM remote-control system and a double pump configuration with working and emergency pumps.

VAPOKIOSKS are protection kiosks designed to house LPG plant equipment and associated components. Standard models are available in stainless steel or corrosion-resistant aluminium, with one-door, two-door and multi-door configurations depending on the required dimensions and installation layout.

The kiosks are provided with ventilation openings protected by flame-retardant stainless steel mesh, with an aeration area equal to 1/10 of the floor surface. Each door is equipped with a doorstop, and the structures are manufactured according to D.M. 24/11/1984 and applicable safety requirements.

A wide range of standard dimensions is available, with customized executions on request. Options include non-standard sizes, painted steel or copper construction, concrete models, special coverings, acoustic and thermal insulation, hidden-handle locks and additional doors. Kiosks can be supplied assembled on a skid or as an assembly kit.
